1. Letter from employer confirming employment
2. Terms and emoluments
3. Original or certified copies of pay-slips for the last 3 months
4. Recent CRB credit report
5. Proof of payment by the customer e.g. transaction copy or receipt
6. Valuation report of the property by Equity Bank valuers
7. For commercial properties, occupancy permit from Local Authority is required.
