No you don't. All you require is an internet connection.

To access via https://eazzy.fx.com/client.html, you will require Microsoft Internet Explorer 8+ browser and Java 8.

To access via https://eazzy.fx.com/client/, you can launch the EazzyFX application on any browser.

6. How do I login to EazzyFX?

To log on to EazzyFX, you require a USER ID and a unique log-in password (referred to as 'access codes'). This will be provided through a secured authorised Equity Bank email address.

You will be required to change the password during the first login.

7. How does EazzyFX prevent unauthorized access?

In case of five unsuccessful attempts to log in or transact on EazzyFX platform, the login/transaction access codes will be disabled to prevent unauthorised access.

Additionally, when you re-logged on to EazzyFX but have not used the application for 10 minutes, the system automatically logs you out. This prevents unauthorised access to your account, should you have left your computer unattended, without having logged out of EazzyFX.

8. Am I charged to register for EazzyFX?

There are no charges for registering for EazzyFX.

9. Are my transactions secure?

Yes. Your account and transaction information are secure.

Equity Bank’s Increased Walk-In FX Transaction Limit

1. What is the new walk-in FX transaction limit at Equity Bank branches?

Effective immediately, Equity Bank has increased the walk-in foreign exchange transaction limit from USD 1,000 to USD 5,000 (or equivalent in GBP/EUR/AED/ZAR).

2. Which currencies are included in the new transaction limit?

The increased limit applies to US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), AED and ZAR. The GBP and EUR limits are equivalent to USD 5,000 at the prevailing exchange rate.

3. Why has Equity Bank increased the FX transaction limit?

Equity Bank is committed to being responsive to market needs and delivering greater value and convenience to its customers. The increased limit eliminates the need for multiple trips to the bank and ensures a seamless currency exchange experience.
