In collaboration with the partner network, the 5G service will soon be extended to densely populated areas like residential neighborhoods, shopping centres and central business districts.

Customers can send money from Equitel-to-Equitel lines for FREE as well as pay for goods and services through the One Equity Till Number at over 1 million merchants countrywide at no cost. To enjoy Equitel 5G services, customers need to have a 5G capable device supported by a 4G-LTE SIM card. If a customer is still using a 3G SIM card, they are requested to visit their nearest Equity branch, where dedicated Equitel representatives will be on standby to assist with the seamless transition.
