|1.||Report||The employer is required to report the details of an accident in respect of an employee to the Director of occupational Safety and health Services in the prescribed manner within two days for fatal incidents & seven (7) days for others.|
|2.||Compensation||Claim for compensation must be lodged in 12 months. An employer or insurance company against whom a claim for compensation is lodged by the director shall settle the claim within 90 days of the lodging of the claim.|
|3.||Payment||The director shall within 30 days of receipt of the money claimed pay the money to the employee who made the claim or his/her dependents.|

From the date an insured person is diagnosed as suffering from cancer, whether it is in its acute, or chronic or terminal stage, all and any treatment received thereafter on an in-patient, day-care or out-patient basis involving: consultations, diagnostic tests, scans, investigations, prescribed drugs and dressings, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, stem cell transplants (from either bone marrow or blood), cold cap therapies, routine management and palliative treatments; will be assessed and paid for under this item. Eligible costs incurred up to the point of diagnosis are not paid under this item of your policy.
