  • What are the conditions for opening an Ecclesia account?

    - Church:

    • Favourable opinion of the Ministry of Justice/legal personality/F92 of more than 6 months/Authorizations of the commune
    • Notarized status of the church
    • Notarized minutes appointing agents on the accounts
    • (Unless included in the statute)
    • Identification of any person authorized to act on the accounts, except for those who are already clients of ours.
    • Photocopy of a valid identity document.

    - For extensions:

    • Legal status of the parent church or a CERTIFIED copy of the original
    • Statute of the mother house or a certified copy of the original
    • Letter of assignment/appointment of the pastor
    • Identification of any person mandated on the accounts
    • Identification of any proxy.
