Process for strengthening compliance with policies and procedures on conflict of interest and the code of conduct and ethics

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering greater value to our members and realizing the ambitions of the ARRP (Africa Recovery and Resilience Plan) framework, our Group and its subsidiaries have embarked on a broad, planned and structured transformation journey.

Since the launch of this transformation, key milestones have been achieved. These include:

• The redefinition of our strategic direction through the ARRP,
   Organizational restructuring through the appointment of new directors and executives,
• The decentralization of our structures to improve responsiveness,
• The enhancement of our systems and infrastructure, and
• The optimization of our operational processes.

In line with the efforts initiated to improve the governance of our institution, we have implemented all necessary actions to ensure the full adherence of our employees to strict compliance with our code of conduct and ethics in order to continue to promote our culture and our values.
